Working with characterizing progression from MCI to dementia through graph based approaches leveraging on time-varying EHR data of patients’ visits at Mayo Clinic. Working with deep learning (RNN) models, and transformer-based models (BERT, RoBERTa) for classifying caregivers experiences in Reddit data.
